Botanical name: Asparagus setaceus
Common name: Asparagus fern
Light: Can tolerate low light but does best in medium-bright indirect light. Avoid direct light.
Water: Water when the top 2-3cm of soil feels dry. Don’t let the soil dry out completely but don’t let it sit in soggy soil. Reduce watering in the winter.
Humidity: This fern loves high humidity – place it in a busy bathroom or mist regularly. Your asparagus fern may require more misting/higher humidity in the winter when central heating is on.
Food: Can be fed with every second watering in the spring and summer. Probably works out about once a month.
